Indifly & Rewa Eco Lodge Trip Giveaway Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Submitting an entry constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

1. Sweepstakes Timing

The Indifly & Rewa Eco Lodge Trip Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on March 21, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on April 21, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

2. Sponsor

The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is:

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and other jurisdictions where sweepstakes promotions are permitted by law, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, suppliers, distributors, and advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and household members), are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.
All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Entrants must be able to travel internationally and possess a valid passport.

4. How to Enter

There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter.

During the Sweepstakes Period, participants may enter by completing the official entry form provided by the Sponsor.

Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated.

Use of automated systems, bots, or multiple identities to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Normal internet access and data charges may apply.

If an entrant unsubscribes from Sponsor communications before the drawing, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that entry.

5. Random Drawing

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor on or about April 22, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor decisions are final.

6. Prize Description (Approximate Retail Value: $8,000 USD)

One (1) winner will receive:

6-Day Fly Fishing Expedition with Oliver White – Rewa Eco Lodge, Guyana

Prize includes:

• Valid for one (1) person

• Six (6) days guided fishing / Seven (7) nights total

• Rustic eco-lodge accommodations at Rewa Eco Lodge

• All meals at the lodge

• In-country transfers

• Round-trip charter flight between Georgetown, Guyana and Rewa Eco Lodge

• Arapaima fishing license

• Six days of guided fishing

• Room taxes included

Travel must occur between:

October 1, 2027 – November 30, 2027

Final travel dates must be arranged with the Sponsor and Rewa Eco Lodge.
Trips operate Saturday to Saturday.

7. Prize Exclusions / Winner Responsibilities

Prize does NOT include:

• International airfare to/from Georgetown, Guyana

• One night hotel in Georgetown before trip

• One night hotel in Georgetown after trip

• Meals in Georgetown

• Alcoholic beverages

• Flies, tackle, or fly shop purchases

• Guide and lodge staff gratuities (recommended ~10%, approx. $800 USD)

• Travel insurance

• Passport / visa costs

• Any personal expenses not listed as included
  

Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner is responsible for all taxes.

8. Winner Notification

Winner will be notified by email.

If winner does not respond within 5 days, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited.

Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability waiver, and publicity release.

9. Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. General Rules

Entries become the property of the Sponsor.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or other causes impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

11. Liability Release

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize.

Travel to remote international destinations involves inherent risk.
Winner accepts all risks associated with travel, fishing, and outdoor activities.

12. Disputes / Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.

Entrants agree that disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action.

Entrants waive any right to punitive or consequential damages.

13. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used solely for Sweepstakes administration and prize fulfillment.

By entering, entrant agrees that Sponsor may collect and use their information for Sweepstakes purposes.
